First Aid for Martial Arts

This course is suitable for anybody involved with providing basic first aid in a martial arts setting. It provides a basic core knowledge to deal with an injured person until the emergency services arrive.

This is also a useful refresher for those who already hold a full first aid certificate. The practical and theory sessions can be tailored to individual needs but we often include:

CPR	First Aid Priorities
Medical Conditions	Eye and Ear Injuries
Wounds and Bleeding	Managing Incidents
Sprains and Strains	Head Injuries
Choking & Asthma	Fractures

We can deliver courses in your own sports venue for up to 20 candidates. We can run simultaneous courses for more if required.

This is a more relaxed and fun course and there is no formal assessment or examination.

Upon successful completion of this course a certificate is issued which is valid for three years.
